Kevin Knapp is the President and founder of Tierra Plan. He has over twenty years of experience in database development, GIS, spatial analysis, and creating solutions for the agencies accriss the federal, water, energy, enviromental, and economic development sectors. He has a Bachelor’s degree is in Geology and a Master’s degree in Applied Geography and GIS from the University of Colorado. His unusual combination of expertise in software, databases, GIS, earth science, combined with his passion for solving interesting problems was the spark for founding Tierra Plan in 2009.
